  • In Texas, a Constitutional Amendment Election allows voters to decide whether to approve or reject proposed changes to the state constitution. These amendments are put forward by the Texas Legislature during regular or special sessions and can address a variety of issues—from taxes and property rights to government operations and other legal matters. Once approved by voters, the amendment becomes part of the Texas Constitution.

  • The Richardson ISD community will vote on the district’s $1.4 billion bond package, which contains three propositions A, B, and C.
